Clarkson

This Clarkson family home was extensively renovated to include a completely new kitchen and family room layout. By removing a hardly used formal living room and tearing down existing walls to completely change the layout, a much larger kitchen was able to be added to the front of the home. The new walkway to the laundry room (which used to house the old kitchen) was also smartly renovated with the addition of built in bookcases and a large window seat. All new custom furniture was purchased for the family room including leather sofas with reversible cushions, swivel rockers, reclaimed wood tables and a subtly patterned area rug. This busy family of 4 (and their adorable dog, Holly) now enjoy a comfortable but much more functional and spacious first floor for hanging out by the fire or entertaining.
